FIRST FRIDAY

Here are the TOP FIVE reasons you should come to First Friday:
1) The Melton's have already cleaned their house. This does not happen that often.
2) There is always a chance that you'll meet a former Ohio St. football player who lives in Lombard. I can't tell you who that is, but to be honest, he's not all that impressive. But, I will guarantee you'll meet some awesome folks!
3) There is tons of beer and alcohol. Ok, that's a lie! But, after hearing some fo the crazy ideas we have for really making a difference in Lombard you may need a little alcohol.
4) It's bragging time if your candidate won! No better way to celebrate your candidates victory then to rub it in the face of the opposing candidate. (If you actually like that reason, we'll pray for you and your candidate).
5) Acts 2 says that when the early church was meeting on a daily basis, sharing meals, and meeting each others needs - AMAZING THINGS HAPPENED! What if we started to live out a radical Christian life in community? What would happen?
