FUEL!

EXODUS 2-6
In the beginning of Exodus, we meet Moses. Here's a man that was saved by an ingenious mother, led the life of a hermit due to mistakes he made, approached by God and asked to do something incredibly tough, and actually says, "No Thanks" to God. But, what strikes me the most is how Moses does exactly what God asks and nobody likes him. Pharoah thinks he's crazy, the Israelites just want things the way they were, and only God seems to be on his side.
ever feel like this? Ever feel like it's just you and God? Ever felt like this life of following Christ ain't the "easy street?"
  • What keeps you going in the hard times? What gives you the energy and strength to do the stuff that it seems only God is interested in?
  • What sticks out to you about the beginning of the Moses story?
